Hi I'm Shelley - Herbalist, Iridologist, Reiki therapist and mum of three. I love helping people find their pathway to natural health and healing through the use of plant medicine and complementary therapies. I also have a great love for natural crafts which I make, sell and lead courses in. I’m based at home near Tring in Hertfordshire for consultations, complementary therapies, workshops, courses and herb walks/forages.

Therapies
Herbal Medicine
Traditional Western Herbal Medicine appointment where we will work together to identify your health concerns and goals (including taking a full medical history and any medications), allowing us to work out a personalised health plan and prescription.
Reiki
Traditional hands on Reiki session to induce deep relaxation and restore balance and harmony.
Iridology
Iridology assessment including photographs and a summary of your constitution and health goals, or combine with Herbal medicine including an individual herbal medicine prescription.
Workshops
I lead workshops and courses in foraging and wildcrafting Herbal Teas, Oils, Syrups and Balms plus How to Create your own Wild Medicine Chest. I also offer workshops in natural crafts.
Herbal Products
I create and make my own Herbal Tea Blends, Syrups, Oils and Balms, plus Bath Salts and Soaks for sale direct or via my Etsy shop.
